Shipping Policy
Effective Date: July 2, 2026
This Shipping Policy explains how Uplevel Bio ships prescriptions, what the timing and fees look like, and how we handle delays and delivery issues. Read alongside our Terms of Service and Returns & Refunds Policy.
Shipping fee
Uplevel Bio charges a flat $35 shipping fee per pharmacy your order ships from. Most carts ship from one pharmacy — $35. Carts that span two pharmacy categories ship from two pharmacies — $70 total. The exact shipping fee is shown as a separate line on your checkout.
We do not charge separately for cold-chain packaging or expedited service — both are included in the flat shipping fee.
Where we ship
Uplevel Bio ships to the 47 U.S. states we serve plus the District of Columbia. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Mississippi, or New Jersey, and we do not ship internationally. See our Available States page for the full list.
Timing
From order to doorstep, typical: 3–5 business days.The breakdown:
- Clinical review: typically 24–48 hours from intake submission
- Pharmacy preparation: typically 24–48 hours from prescription receipt
- Transit: 2 business days for domestic shipments
Timing starts when the pharmacy ships, not when you place the order. Clinical review and pharmacy preparation happen before the shipping clock starts. Timing can be longer if:
- Your clinician needs additional information or requests additional labs
- You are in a remote area where the carrier's standard 2-day service does not apply
- A holiday or weather event affects carrier operations
- The pharmacy is operating under a temporary backlog (rare but possible)
We will notify you if any step is going to run longer than typical.
Cold-chain packaging
Compounded peptides are shipped in temperature-controlled, light-protected packaging. Depending on the protocol and the ambient conditions at your destination, this may include:
- Insulated container with gel packs (frozen or refrigerated)
- Thermal barrier film
- Light-shielded outer carton
- Beyond-use dating printed on each vial
When you receive a shipment, refrigerate promptly according to the storage instructions included with your protocol. Most compounded peptides tolerate a brief unrefrigerated interval in transit but should not be left at room temperature after delivery.
Signature and delivery
Standard shipments do not require a signature. If you prefer signature-required delivery — recommended for high-value shipments or if your porch is not secure — set the preference in your account settings before placing the order.
Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier delivers the shipment to the address you provided. If your address is incorrect and the shipment is delivered to the wrong location, we will work with you and the carrier to help recover it, but we cannot replace the shipment at no charge.Delayed shipments
If your tracking has not updated in 3 business days from the pharmacy ship date, email support@uplevel.bio with your order number. We will open a carrier trace on your behalf.
For domestic shipments that ultimately do not arrive within 10 business days of pharmacy ship date, we will replace the shipment at no charge and file a claim with the carrier ourselves.
Damaged shipments
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, do not use the contents.
- Photograph the outer packaging before opening
- Photograph the interior packaging and each vial
- Email support@uplevel.bio within 7 days of delivery with the photos and your order number

Undeliverable shipments
If a shipment is returned to the pharmacy as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to correct the address. Reshipment carries a second shipping fee. If we cannot reach you within 14 days of the return, the medication cannot be restocked (see Returns & Refunds), and no refund is issued.
PO Boxes and APO / FPO / DPO
- PO Boxes: we can ship to PO Boxes only when the carrier supports it. Some cold-chain shipments cannot go to PO Boxes because of dwell-time constraints. If you have only a PO Box, contact support@uplevel.bio to check whether your protocol can be shipped there.
- APO / FPO / DPO: we do not currently ship to APO / FPO / DPO addresses.
Multiple pharmacies
If your cart contains protocols filled by different pharmacies, your order ships in separate boxes with separate tracking numbers. Each pharmacy's ship date is independent of the others. Your account and email notifications will reflect the status of each shipment separately.
